The filling operation commences as soon as the valve of the container is opened, allowing the liquid to flow into the container from the storage tank. Sensors are used to detect the level of the liquid, which enables the movement and timing of the filling head to be controlled. This is done to guarantee that the predetermined filling amount is achieved and the liquid in the container does not exceed the required level.

 

The filling process is automated such that the valve is shut off when the set amount of liquid has been filled. Following this, the filling head retracts to its original position and is set for the next filling operation.

 

At the discharge port, the container is emptied by means of a conveyor belt or drum. Once the contents have been emptied, further processes such as sealing and labeling can be carried out. Finally, the container is ready for transport to its next destination.
